Registration is now open for your students to attend the Best Buy/MOUSE Squad Summer Academy. The cost is $20 per student. All the information you need to know about the Summer Academy is posted here.

Geek Squad Summer Academy is a fun-filled week of learning for students interested in technology.
During the 4 day event students will experience a wide assortment of computer based subjects while having fun playing with technology. Geek Squad Agents will teach students the basics of networking, multimedia, internet use and computer hardware through hands-on, interactive learning.
Highlights Include
  • PC Build: Learn computer hardware skills, practice building computers
  • WEB Wizards: Explore the Internet, gain awareness of Internet security, safety and ethics and develop a Junior Agent “website”
  • Networking: Lay the groundwork for setting up and managing a computer network
  • Multimedia: Experiment with digital imaging, digital video, podcasting, streaming video and other multimedia recording and storytelling devices
  • Other Activities: Battle of the Bands (Rock Band), Wii Olympics, Jewelry Making (from computer parts); Dance Off (Dance Revolution)

Audience: The academy is for students only, so just print out copies of the flyer and distribute it to your Squad today. As iTiL schools you are receiving advanced notice, but space is very limited so be sure to act fast.
